Hi Helen, I just wanted to say that both Justine and I were very impressed with the service we received from your office and in particular from yourself and Emily. You were friendly to deal with but also professional at all times. We always felt you were acting with our best interests in mind. You kept us up to date about viewings and included feedback from viewers. You also weren't afraid to give us your honest views over the phone.

Similarily Paul originally suggested we fit new carpets to the upstairs which I feel was definately the right thing to do.
